Healthy Week For Residential Real Estate - Real Estate Sold ...

It's been a healthy week for residential real estate. Let's take a look at some of the highlights.

367615_4_T.jpgUnit #404 at 2100 Green is a very fancy 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,800-square-foot apartment that first landed on the market in March of 2010 with an asking price of $1,699,000. The Pacific Heights co-op is gorgeous, but was hard to score. You'd need board approval and a lot of cash upfront. Perhaps that's why it languished on the market for over a year, taking chop after chop without settling on a buyer. Yesterday, the apartment finally sold. Sale price? $1,325,000. Congrats to all parties involved. Please invite us to the housewarming soiree.

This house was on the market for the first time since 1957, and on a block that's known for its strip of distinctive steep-roofed homes. It's a 3-bed, 3.5-bath single-family home that clocks in a little under 3,000 square feet. It was originally listed for $1,590,000, and sold yesterday for $1,592,500.

384353_0.jpgLast but certainly not least is a 2-bed, 3-bath, 1,845-square-foot condo at the Millennium. As you may already know, the Millennium is packed full of amenities. You have access to a pool, gym, concierge services and the like. Hence the monthly HOA dues of $898.73. Originally asking $1,895,000 in April of this year, it then dropped its price to $1,795,000 in June. In late July the sale was pending, and now we find out that yesterday it sold for $1,650,000.
