Tip # 1 priority

Prioritize your life. What is your opinion really matter? If you de-clutter your life, you have more time and patience to deal with really important things. Take the time to throw away junk mail, clean the desk, take care of the bills, more time and patience to play with your children, run a hobby or just relax.
